- Attend to sales enquiries (Online and Walk-ins) and build good customer experience by giving professional advise on the product's features and benefits
- Track, follow up and provide excellent customer services to customer
- Ensure cleanliness and neatness in the showroom
- Uphold Brand and product image
- Customer Service with Professionalism
- Result oriented
- Product Knowledge
- To support the sales and the marketing team in the implementation of marketing campaigns. This includes trade shows, promotions, events, etc
