In this role, you will be responsible formanaging and overseeing offers, orders, and projects. You will provide crucialsupport to the Sales Department during the acquisition stage and ensure thesmooth execution of financial processes from the initial offer to debtcollection. Your close collaboration with the sales department and projectmanagement will be essential for achieving financialtargets. If you excel in a fast-paced setting anddemonstrate a solid understanding of finance, this role presents a thrillingchance for growth and advancement.
HowYou’ll Make an Impact
- Commercialproject execution of contracts with customers, regional companies, consortium partners, sub-suppliers and other Siemens Energy entities,in close cooperation with the Technical Project Management
- Closecooperation with the sales department and project management
- Supportmonthly project forecasting activities and conduct follow-ups of projectresults
- Preparevarious project reports and analyses
- Regulardiscussions and maintenance of the current cost calculation with projectmanagement
- Handlingof Sub-supplier and Contractor purchase orders, check proper timing and costaccuracy of supplier invoices, as well as cost controlling for the project
- Preparedocumentation for customer invoicing and follow up on payments
- Supportwith all other financial and commercial aspects of the project such as taxissues, hiring out of personnel, bank guarantees, insurance claims etc.
- Support project management with monthly project reporting
- Supportproject execution teams with various administrative tasks, travel expensereports etc.
- Sets upbudgetary control systems and documentation for a project. Prepares forecasts,cost trend reports and monitors cost and commitment to budget and forecast.
- Coordinates information supplied by estimating, procurement, construction,planning and engineering for cost projections. Reports deviations, underrunsand overruns to project management. Analyzes data to establish the differencesin initial estimates and final project costs
- Active involvement in reaching the budgetary goals
What YouBring
- At least2 years working experience in Business administration function (CommercialProject/Sales/Bid or Controlling)
- Commercial/Financeapprenticeship or study
- Very good English language skills (B2-level), proficiency in Polish isa must
- Analyzingskills, accuracy
- Attentionto details and focus on quality results
- Having prior professional exposure in an international setting would bebeneficial
- Strongmindset to work and collaborate with staff from several countries on differentlevels in organization
- Proficiency in computer and software applications such as MS Office andSAP
- An open-minded approach,proactive attitude, resilience, and self-motivation
- Effective communication skills
