Are you a skilled and detail-oriented technical writer looking to join a dynamic team? As a technical writer at Scalepoint, you play a crucial role in ensuring our documentation supports our customers and colleagues while contributing to meeting industry-compliant standards. Your daily undertakings involve managing user documentation while continuously immersing yourself in the Scalepoint platform.

Your skills

At Scalepoint, you’ll meet many talented colleagues who enjoy their work and look forward to working with you. Especially if you possess the following skills:

• Proven experience as a technical writer or similar in the SaaS or tech community
• Strong writing and communication skills in English. You also can translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation
• Experience working with documentation authoring tools. Paligo is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and structure. Committed to producing accurate, concise, and engaging documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, developers, and other stakeholders
• Practical knowledge in working with compliance or privacy documentation is a plus
• A knack for multimedia design and working with video content is a plus

What to dive into

Create and manage high-quality user documentation that effectively clarifies complex technical information to our customers and colleagues using an authoring tool for end-user and developer documentation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand software processes, compliance standards, and industry-specific requirements.
Contribute documentation that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Connect with the product team to stay informed about new features, updates, and enhancements to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Measure critical metrics to ensure we are writing helpful and engaging content.
