Your Role with us
- You serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, identify their needs, consult them with the respective solutions and pinpoint upsell & cross-sell opportunities for existing accounts.
- You build and nurture a robust sales pipeline of Pharma- and Life Sciences companies and constantly maintain effective partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Leveraging knowledge of Permea’s solutions and understanding the customers' business challenges makes you successfully demonstrate Permea's Real World Evidence capabilities.
- You lead negotiations and navigate complex decision-making processes to close new business opportunities.
- You partner with Temedica’s leadership and support internal cross-functions (Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Product) to efficiently navigate sales cycles and continuously refine messaging.
What you bring to the table
- You demonstrate a strong ability to build and manage relationships at all levels (internally & externally) and have relevant experience (2+ years) in the area of enterprise software sales, solution sales or consulting.
- You exactly know how to run the full sales cycle from pitch to closing and proved yourself multiple times in quota (over)achievement.
- Optimally, you have used and been trained in a modern sales methodology (e.g. SUGAARR, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Target Account Selling, Revergy or similar) and know your ways around a digital sales stack (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- You love thriving in a fast-pace environment and approach challenges, changes and customers with positivity and your strong growth mindset.
- Of course you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

Based on a B2B SaaS business model, we so offer novel data monitors that secure previously unknown insights for Pharma and Life-sciences to make personalized medicine reality. Finally!
