- Diploma or Degree in any Engineering field related.
- At least 7-10 years of working experience in QA/QC
- Has experience on the quality management system audit and handling customer requirements/complaints.
- With good communication skills and be able to communicate and coordinate the operation effectively cross department.
- Positive thinking and with good leadership.
Responsibilities:
- To understand customers' needs and requirements with the aim to develop effective quality control plan and processes;
- To relay the established quality standards, plan and processes to production team;
- To define ways to improve the manufacturing process so as to ensure high quality products;
- To set requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor their compliance;
- To supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback;
