Inventory Analyst [Ireland]


 

Responsibilities

  • Present weekly report on all stock locations.
  • Own monthly stock reconciliation process and reports.
  • Stock transactions and stock inbox management.
  • Process Monthly Claims – OS&D, cycle counts and write offs, communicating with 3PL’s to close out claims.
  • BBD Reports + Stock @ risk (Support Demand Planning).
  • Sales vs Forecast Analysis (Support Demand Planning & Sales).
  • Support the business on supply chain data maintenance – Warehouses aligned with BeCPG.
  • Support logistics team where required (commercial invoices, PO management, deliveries etc.).
  • Tableau uploads & report maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain service level reports on suppliers.

This provides the role holder will real job responsibility in a critically important business area. The role holder will also have exposure to all aspects of Supply Chain management and responsibilities can expand as the individual settles into the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €35,132.01-€40,000.00 per year
